Prof Bruce GnadeVice President for Research and Economic Development, University of Texas, Dallas, Texas, USA Bruce Gnade is a professor of Electrical Engineering and Chemistry at the University of Texas at Dallas. He obtained his B.A. in Chemistry from St. Louis University and his Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His research interests are in electronic materials with an emphasis on dielectrics (low-K, high-K and gate dielectrics other than SiO2, field emission materials, thin-film getters, spacer materials and organic electronics.
